He bowled in the Stuart Elks league, andwas a former officer and dedicated volunteer.
He is survived by his wife, Victorine Rogers, of Hobe Sound, FL, his sons Cordell (Noreen) Rogers of New York, NY and Devon (Teri) Rogers of Beacon, NY and mother Lyndita Brown of St. Croix, VI and Nigel (Sharon) Benjamin of Calgary Canada, brother Richard Brown of AL and Sister Sylvia (Joseph) Browne of St.
After a well deserved early retirement, he and his wife Dianne moved to Florida and were members of Jonathan's Landing County Club and then moved to Mariner Sands County Club where they both enjoyed golfing. He is survived by his wife Dianne Wise of Stuart, FL; his children Adam (Lindsey) Wise of Maryland and Alyson Wise of New York; his brother Bert Wise of South Carolina and one grandchild.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Mariner Sands Chapel at a later date to be determined in April 2018.
His numerous service medals and commendations include honors from those conflicts.
Dan treasured and maintained friendships with his military brothers.
He was proudest of his 5 grandchildren, and watching each of them grow and flourish, gave him the most joy of all. He is survived by his Son Robert Curto (Stuart, FL)and his family: wife Laureen, and children Nicholas and Nina, and his Daughter Andrea Curto-Randazzo (Miami Shores, FL) and her family: husband Frank, and daughters, Isabella, Lilli and Gigi.
